Pros

None but I have to write 5 words here

Cons

Where do I begin. This job and they way they treat their employees will always be embedded into me. I now have a different job and I feel scared and have anxiety over the smallest things because I am so traumatized with how I was treated at LeClair Group. This was my first job out of college and I had a great boss but she left. Aside from her, the other management there were toxic. I sat in on a meeting and heard very crude comments that the men made about women in the office. They mask it all with cute dogs and a “positive” work environment when it is just all disorganized and the structure is non existent. Please don’t work here and save your mental health. New Marketing manager is terrible and will refuse to teach you the things you need to succeed. Management as a whole will have high expectations without training you to do things first. All the higher up issues end up getting blamed on people who either had nothing to do with the project or people who were told to do something a certain way by someone else. Since it was my first out of school job, I thought all this was normal and how I deserve to be treated. But I don’t - no one does. Don’t work here.

Pros

The staff of LeClair for the most part are some of the most hardworking, dedicated and loyal employees I've had the pleasure of working with. With a skeleton crew of overworked, underpaid, absolutely unappreciated and harassed they achieve amazing results.

Cons

Where to start, Management is cruel and has no concept of what the staff does on a daily basis. Don't expect to be recognized for hard work, but if you have one bad day, they will be all over you with mental and verbal assaults. One word--nepotism. If you are not family or childhood friend, forget it. The pay is not on par with market standards, let alone to be treated the way you are on a daily basis. Technology is nonexistent, the computers are ancient and the workstations cause significant back and neck pain.
