Pros
Was a good company 20 years ago. I spent my entire life here. Vice president should be ashamed of themselves. He only goes to to the floor when he goes to lunch. Disgraceful. He gave himself his own promotions when our CEO passed.
Cons
I remember when we would have picnics and bbqs almost once a month and really had so much good times. It is all over. Really makes me so sad. Now we are at a point where we can't get sugar for my coffee. The worst of the worst have taken over. This is an example of incompetent leadership ruining a once great company.so so very sad. No longer an ESOP jem.
