Pros

They taught me that some people in life are not worth your time and effort. Sometimes you have to focus on the positive and this is the best thing that happend to me. Working here is a risk that no one should take as the lesson it teaches is a hard one. Know matter how hard you want it you'll never achieve it here but I suppose thats the drive that pushes you into entrepreneurship.

Cons

Childish, un cooperative and down right sleazy. You make a third of minimum wage slinging credit cards with a high qouta and the hire fire cycle is laughable. Its a revolving door just look at their team on facebook. They take advantage of good people and instill stomache wretching values because if you're smart enough to figure it out well you've already left. Their leaders cant afford to basic luxuries like being able to drive , having an apartment , internet or anything that requires a steady income because this position is pure commission. If you have nothing to loose this can be a quick pay cheque or hell depending on why you want to work here.

Pros

Nice CEO and nice coworkers

Cons

The job title isn’t what they say it is, i applied for a “sports marketing intern” position but it turned out to be a job where you have to sell credit cards at Canadian tire. Totally misleading, I even thought I will be working close to their office in downtown Toronto but they made me go to a Canadian Tire in Oshawa!!! Very very long hours. I did not make a sale on my first day, the managers were really upset about that and if you don’t match their OTT energy managers will belittle you and make fun of you. I couldn’t imagine continuing with this company after my first week so I quit the job. The only positive thing that I have gained from this job is that it made me realize that I am not a sales person and that EVERYONE hates credit card sellers.
