Cons
- you can expect some usual growing pains of a high growth start up e.g. moves very quickly, priorities can sometimes shift so you need to be adaptable, less structure in place (so you need to be a self starter)
- the talent bar is high, so of course the bar for the work you do is high (this is not a con, just a truth!)
- if you like structure, routine and very in depth training and guidance, this won't be your place
