      - Very family-oriented - Good workload (not too little, not too much) - Fun and light-hearted environment - Diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      - Leadership and management is haphazard (some great managers, others not so great) - COVID hit this industry hard - Not the best salary/benefits

      Always a positive environment and that’s something I feel makes working here so great. Love the 4-day work week.

      Cons

      There aren’t any cons that I can think of. Other than it a busy office during different times of the year. It can get a little crazy sometimes.
