"Work Hard and Be Nice" is a sign that hangs in our office, which sums it up pretty well. We're a tight-knit group of fun coworkers and a passionate CEO. Everybody works hard, communicates well, and does what they can to improve individually and as a team.

Cons
Formal training is not part of the curriculum - to succeed, you need to be a self-starter and independent contributor. This can be a pro or a con, but works better for some personalities than others.
