Pros
Most of the staff is very friendly and quite honestly doing their best with such a disorganized system. People message and ask each other questions and everyone is open to assisting each other. Pay is good and overtime is allowed.
Cons
Not sure where to begin. Here is what I have seen so far after leaving my previous stable job to come here: The woman leading my first orientation told me she had no clue what role I applied for. It was a one on one call that lasted an hour and she couldn't bother finding out. They sent me equipment twice and still having various issues and IT is unable to help me. You are monitored like a child and expected to tell everyone in a group chat everytime you go to the bathroom. No one knows what they are doing and everything is disorganized. There is an overly complicated way of doing things that were so easy at my previous bank, something that should take 3 clicks requires calling the customer 8 times and sending 5 forms. The loans department doesn't care about helping the customers and ignores lower level representatives emailing and calling to help their clients. A lot of the banking procedures don't make sense but if you ask management you get an answer like "well it's just the policy" instead of an explanation. All of the associates are training themselves because there is no proper training. Everything is sent in massive group emails so you get about 1000+ emails every single day, many with no relevance at all. I regret taking this job.
