Pros
Some colleagues were supportive and talented, though most of them left within 6 months.
You might learn to work under pressure, if that's something you're after.
Cons
Terrible management. Blame-shifting is common, and even when the mistake isn’t yours, you’ll be held responsible.
Discrimination and racism. I personally experienced bias and unfair treatment from some of the heads and managers.
No work-life balance. You’ll be forced to work on weekends. There were times when tasks were sent last minute on a Friday, simply because the manager forgot – no accountability.
High turnover. Talented employees leave quickly once they realize the culture.
Toxic environment. It honestly felt like being a slave – no respect for personal time or boundaries.
