27 yrs in the industry and the last 6 yrs with our group inside of L1. The most transparent company I have ever worked for. The size is perfect as well for this current environment and we don't have to answer to stock holders. Just a great company structure and the ability to compete with any lender, whether a mortgage bank, retail bank or broker. Continuing to improve as the landscape changes as well. No complaints!

When a role opened that aligned perfectly with my career goals, I knew it was the right time to return. Since coming back, I’ve been energized by the collaboration, leadership support and opportunities to make an impact, which have reaffirmed my decision to rejoin the team. I would give Work/Life balance 10 stars if it was possible!
