This place is sinking faster than the Titanic. The leadership team is completely out of touch. They like to pride themselves on not being your "average staffing agency" but in recent years that's all they've tried to become. The CEO/Founder needs to retire. She can't wrap her head around how people could work from home while hiring a COO who is fully remote? What message does that send to your burntout employees? And don't get me started on the favoritism. The "Inner circle" of leadership seems to get unlimited work from home days and pto while the rest of us were micromanaged and expected to work extra even on company holidays. Anyone who has a different opinion than management or wants to speak out against the CEO is frowned upon and i have no doubt the only real way to have a career at Leaderstat is to smile and say yes to whatever the CEO wants even if it's completely ludacris.
