Pros

Great middle managers and talented people that you will work with every day.

Cons

Unfortunately, my honest review of LeaderStat highlights a lot of the areas for improvement. The morals and values that the company and Leadership claims to stand on are extremely hypocritical. They value "hard work" and "passion" and claim to be more of a "mom and pop" business, but most of the leadership team does not even know your name. No matter how hard you work and what your performance indicators show, your job is only secure if you are close with the CEO or you are a favorite of the leadership team. On company-wide calls, you are led to believe that things are great and that everyone is doing a spectacular job - several rounds of unexpected layoffs later, with little to no severance or explanation, everyone is hurt, in shock, and morale is at an all time low. If you are a favorite, you are able to take as many work from home days as you would like (for a job that could be done completely remote, you are only granted 10 work from home days per year). Middle managers bring up incredibly efficient and proven ideas to leadership, and they are completely overlooked. There is so much talent and passion in each of the teams and it is truly a shame that it is not recognized and celebrated. The workers aren't interested in "happy hours" and a once-a-year company party; they want to feel valued, secure, motivated, and like they are making a difference.

Pros

Great work life balance. LeaderStat is flexible if you have an appointment you can flex your time and leave early or come in a bit later. We are able to work hybrid. Great group of colleagues. That are supportive and easy to talk to. Happy Hours and team outings are sometimes planned. LeaderStat often shows appreciation for their employees. Managers are easy to talk to and address concerns. They often advocate for their team. Vision driven Leadership and supports employees input. Transparent communication during uncertain times along with clear expectations and structure. You can use your PTO when ever you need too. Relaxed environment. Great bonus structure for recruiters to hit goals. Fair market rate compensation. Insurance covers one pass where you can access a wide number of fitness centers in the area for a small monthly fee. Clear job description and outline. Leaders lead by example and uphold company values. Safe space for all backgrounds. All cultures and religions are welcomed. We have a weekly prayer lead by Seth. Employees are welcomed to join but not forced. I feel like my job is impactful and meaningful we help facilities that are in need of immediate staff.

Cons

Due to market change LeaderStat has had to layoff a large number of staff. This makes employees have job insecurity. Employees that were laid off are bitter and speak bad about LeaderStat. In reality the layoffs are out of LeaderStats control. Eleanor does everything she can to keep the company moving forward.

You all work hard to make sure the people we serve are supported and appreciated. Your job IS impactful and meaningful, as you stated. Thank you for all you do. (And Jami is awesome!)
