Dear LeaderStat team member,
I appreciate the time you took to write this review and hope that we can sit down and talk together. As you know, my door is literally always open and I appreciate hearing thoughts and feedback from everyone in our company.
The past couple of years have been tough in healthcare staffing and we have experienced many challenges as we have responded to the evolving market. I am so appreciative of our team who have met the challenges, adopted our new technologies and automations and helped us restabilize. As you know, I am a huge fan of innovation and automation.
My focus on LeaderStat has never been stronger. Our decisions are rooted in LeaderStat’s core values. They guide relationships, how we adapt, and how we lead. Our priorities and strategies are developed each quarter through our EOS process and communicated on our shared drive. You will see our growth plans are clearly defined and implemented through this ongoing strategic planning work.
