Pros

LP seems open to respond to workers' concerns. LP allows merchandise give-aways of clothing, mugs, notebooks, pens - functional items. LP has anti-fatigue mats for workers to stand on, where repetitive tasks are performed. LP has a clean-water machine, dispensing hot as well as cold water. LP seems to appreciate workers' productivity/presence in the warehouse.

Cons

Allow more open-ended feedback options; this survey has 13 sections, but only 4 are open ended (& only 3 allow more than 10 words to be input). Allow more time to respond to a survey; 48 hours isn't much time for workers to read, reflect, and give well-thought out responses. If the warehouse is to be congruent with its title of Customer Excellence Center, then adequate time should be given to double-check every order leaving the pick-pack area. Recycle paper and educate staff which paper goes & which is trash. Hire a warehouse manager OR put 2 supervisors under Zach Little, so he can delegate more of his workload.

Pros

It's always great to be in the know of the latest and greatest merchandise being created for the promo world.

Cons

Constantly gaslighted by management. Can never get a straight anwser out of leadership when it comes to direction with a client. They micromanage and stalk your every moved not allowing the proper time needed to establish a proper relationship with the client. If something wrong happens with their warehouse, everyone else is to blame but themselves. There's definitely favoritism and nepotism there especially if you're located in their HQ.
