Pros
Direct manager can be very helpful on your behalf The job itself is fairly straightforward and always room for more learning The team I work with proves to be the best in the company (because the manager stands up for us) Employee puts up celebrations for each other
Cons
Executive team feels divorced from the company and out of touch. The CEO gets the final say and it's proving to stall the overall progress of the company. The DEI team is a joke and very performative (only handful of people actually want to make change) The company could make their stances on political/social issues more prominent and they are scared because god forbid they stand for something. The pay is not progressive either - while it is nice to uphold the sales teams and their numbers I don't really care when we see how the company is making money and yet non salaried employees are making BELOW a living wage (17-19 an hour). Sorry not sorry these bills don't care about inflation - match the pay for your employees.
