Pros

Decent pay for sales roles

Cons

Toxic company culture. Serious problems in leadership. Prepare to be blamed for everything even if you are not involved. For a company that claims to be a B Corp - I am completely dumbfounded at how they obtained their certification. Employees are not happy and not listened to, DEI is a joke, and if you have been in the industry a bit you will hear the reputation they have gotten for themselves. There is little to no training on processes when you start. You will find out as you go and then be blamed for not knowing. They seem to be hiring very high-performing people, but none are staying because they are not being heard. You think that would make the leadership team take a look at what has been happening internally and solve the major problems they have, but nothing has changed. Take the 5-star reviews with no complaints with a grain of salt. If you are working on a more visible account, prepare to be micromanaged by the leadership - your immediate manager will try to help but there is only so much they can do. There is no accountability within the other departments when things go wrong. Their warehouse is not equipped to handle the kind of clients they are currently working with and serious mistakes are being made. Don't even think about using other vendors for projects that the warehouse should be able to do because you will be shot down.

Pros

You get to work for lots of brands

Cons

No work life balance. They don’t care if they keep you until 1 am even though your exhausted and you need to let your dog out. They don’t care about you as an individual, they want to pay the least possible for the most output possible. So much gossip, people not speaking the truth, allowing the CEO’s toxic mindset to set the tone for the rest of the leadership. Work here if you like being overworked, underpaid, under appreciated and help them make millions. Work here if you don’t mind losing your evenings or weekends because of the lack of staff. Work here if you don’t mind high turnover and a new manager every quarter. And lastly, work here if you don’t mind working for posers who don’t actually believe in DEI or sustainability whatsoever.
