Leaders RPM is a family run business that truly cares about its customers. The work is fun and challenging. My role allows me to connect with many different areas of the organization. I love that every day is different and I’m given the opportunities to grow and learn all the time. I work with some amazing talent that wants to do things right. Additionally, leadership cares about family life. Leaders has grown and changed over the years and I’m happy I can be a part of it.
