Pros
The work we are doing makes a positive impact around the world while at the same time we are able to work flexible hours, gain valuable experiences, and make life-long connections with one another. They are a really great organization to work for, a great organization to support, and run amazing programs around the world!
Cons
The hours are very long during the summers which can be very draining, but since we are making a positive impact around the world it is worth it!
