Pros

Decent starting wage, decent commission %

Cons

Absolutely awful company. Even as a man, the things I heard come out of my manager's mouths were absolutely abhorrent. They do not provide pay for travel (Not gas, nor wear to personal vehicle), but consistently required at least 2 hours of car travel per day. On some days it was closer to 4. This besides the fact that they put employee safety at risk by telling them to work late into the evening. Furthermore, my managers would frequently send us to no soliciting areas without the proper permits, resulting in the cops getting called more than once, and several trips from security out of private complexes we were told were fine to go to. I'm honestly lucky I don't have an arrest record from this job. Also, they talk a lot about the money but it really isn't there unless you're like a really bad person. Often the only way of getting people interested is overt manipulation tactics, and taking advantage of those with mental disabilty, which they teach you to do while training (at least at my local office). One of the last straws for me was when I found out my team lead was lying to my face about our office's (mostly his own) performance when his boss actually showed me the spreadsheet one day. Avoid Leaf Home at all costs, especially for the field canvasser and installer roles, which are extensively taken advantage of.

Pros

Good product, enjoyed meeting potential customers. Made a little money

Cons

Management driven by self promotion. Definitely not team builders. They'll dump a good salesperson in a minute if you're not wanting to go to a super low price to close a sale. You don't make enough to cover your gas expense let alone the follow up phone calls from that customer and dealing with confusion as to "they were supposed to be here to install my leaf filter today" phone calls from customers. No "big picture" since they keep sales, marketing, and install teams isolated so sales people have no idea what anyone else is doing. Good luck figuring out how much you made on a sale, if anything, since they don't send commission statements. Your job as a sales person is to go where you are sent and get the sale by cutting the price without regard to your personal income.
