Cons
100% commission No hourly wage No travel expense reimbursement unless you sell the job Leads are NOT qualified Managers give good leads to people that have been there for years, and give newer employees impossible sales Have gone to multiple homes where the homeowner isn’t there, even though the managers supposedly confirmed the appointment No show leads count against your sales percentage Have gone on leads where you cannot physically even install the product, and it counted against my sales record 90% of leads are 2+ hours away Managers make you go to UNPAID meetings 3x a week You have to go on additional UNPAID meetings if your sales percentage falls below a certain percentage The cons highly outweigh the pros. I am convinced that this company hires new sales reps to take over the non sellable leads so the seasoned people don’t have to deal with it.
