A great team for quick growth, well-built business processes, open-minded teammates who are passionate about design, nice office, team leaders who are good at giving positive and effective feedback
Cons
A year-to-year crisis occurs when many people leave a company and new people change them. Salary could be higher. 40h/week worktime means exactly 40h/week, you have to log everything you did and record daily summaries which could be uncomfortable. From my point of view: the company is not interested in saving designers for the long term (> 1 year), except for team leaders and managers.
