Pros
- Great, humble and talented people who are genuinely a delight to work with on a daily basis - Comp for Canada is decent - interesting product space, health care tech sucks and someone (not going to be league) needs to figure it out.
Cons
Product Direction: Without a clear direction, with misaligned leader and no clear objective / OKR process. Teams are constantly pivoting product direction and reorging to fit the poorly support "vision" of leaders. We have lost traction as a business and product, with Leadership being incompetent. Trust: Do not listen to the League rebuttals to glassdoor, they do not care about employee well being. They fire talented, high performers while keeping bloated and politically connected individuals. The constant shifting of Chief People Officer from Product to now Finance is laughable. None of these "leaders" have any HR experience and the culture has deteriorated immensely. League will have some exit at some point but it won't be lucrative for any employees. Find a better gig that respects your work, won't hire to fire and has a brighter future.
