Working at synergy is very enjoying, motivating & self satisfying. The company's buisness model is a good design, there is no bar in salaries for right person & also the salaries were processed ontime. One of the best thing with synergy is as they have continuous projects in hand so don't need to worry in job security part. Considering all factors, my overall rating for synergy is 3.8 out of 5

The work timings may extend more hours depends on the criticality of closing the project. Sometimes I use to work over night to close things. The work life balance is missing part, since there is no any standard timings in consulting as like other jobs
