Pros
The learning at LeanScale is by far the biggest draw to being hired in any role. Not only are you around super talented and knowledgable operators internally, but everyone gets to work with LeanScale customers who bring their own set of knowledge and experience for team members to learn from. LeanScale is still a young company so there is a lot of room for growth as the company builds up which is very exciting. At LeanScale's current size, the benefits and infrastructure is actually well ahead of what I would expect so that's a major bonus.
All in all though, it's the amazing opportunity to learn how to build a business and get a ton of best practices on marketing, sales, customer success, and partnership operations that sets being in this company apart from others. If you ever want to start your own company or be a start up executive this is an awesome place to hone your craft to take that leap in your career.
Cons
The balance between serving our customers in their RevOps needs while also building out LeanScale simultaneously. If someone is not able to operate in a fast paced environment, then success is hard to come by at LeanScale.
