Pros

1. Highly transparent - Be it decisions, strategy, revenue. 2. Flat hierarchy - Anybody can reach out to anybody, including the CEO. 3. Recognition - Your job will be recognized very often and you get perks without even asking for it. 4. Colleagues - No one hesitates to help their colleagues if in need. 5. Flexibility - Flexible work timings including work from home. The recruitment itself happens focussing more on attitude and hence it has been a healthy environment compared to many other companies out there.

Cons

I couldn't see any big cons but there are few like better project management, time management which is there almost in any company.

Really good, supportive people. They take an interest in you and your development.

Cons

The job just requires too much travel for me. Definitely not a knock on the company, just the fit of the position.

Pros

I have been employed with LeanSwift for over 4 years. The only pro that I can think of while still working here is the fact that there is no commitment on anybody's part.

Cons

There are too many cons to list here. One of them is the fact that they hire a bunch of entry level employees and expect all the senior level consultants to train and look after these employees. Most of these candidates have zero Infor M3 experience so it is often quite difficult to train them. Once again I have been working at LeanSwift for over 4 years as a solutions architect and I can tell you that there are way more cons then pros.
