Pros

Unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple brands, from luxury to lifestyle. Encourages entrepreneurial thinking—leaders have the freedom to be creative and drive results. Strong emphasis on client experience and work life balance. Supportive network of other Store Leaders who collaborate and share best practices. Great place for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Cons

Because of the company’s growth, changes can be quick and frequent—you have to be able to adjust and pivot.

Pros

-Flexible schedule* -Stores outside of malls typically close early (6/7pm) -Employee discounts were nice An easy gig if you are very part-time and keep a distance from corporate and poor management.

Cons

*Flexible schedules work very well with good managers. Leap loves to hire and keep terrible managers with little to no experience. They will shuffle them around from store to store to disrupt current team dynamics and pre-existing agreements all while they sit on their company macbooks watching YouTube videos. These managers are also allowed to completely disregard dress code, break violate, and waste time on the clock sometimes for days at a time all while barking at hourly employees to keep to company policy. -Corporate is one giant joke. They don’t do anything but run around from store to store trying to get free merch while having a million zooms a day about nothing. Once again, people with little to no experience who made it to a higher position doing god knows what. They push positive culture while encouraging these awful managers to continue to bully their hourly employees out of a job.
