Pros
Working for Leap Theory has many pros and here are a few of my favorites
Leadership - Our CEO CMO COO are titans of the industry and are more than willing to take time out of their busy schedules to make sure that you are taken care of for any need/question that you may have.
Work Environment - to add to the point made above, not only do our leaders make sure all your needs are taken care of but they genuinely care, they are open-minded, which makes them approachable and easy to work with. They care for your growth and take true effort to motivate you and make sure you get the proper training needed.
Cons
No real cons, that I can share. Truthfully only Pros.
