      Fully remote, great people, cares about DEI, ESG, perfect work/life balance, good compensation

      It looks like both cofounders got forced out, there was too much infighting at every level.

      Pros

      The product is very cool and interesting sets of clients. Some nice and supportive colleauges. Work-life balance can be tricky during certain time of the year but mostly okay.

      Cons

      Product concept is new so there are a lot of ambiguities in overal direction. Frequent re-org can make it tough to focus on projects. Sometimes, people are being very gnarly and delayed on feedback.
