Pros

Can't even come up with anything

Cons

This company is a sinking ship, and it's a miracle it's still afloat. - Smoke and Mirrors On-Premises Tool: The current on-premises tool touted by the company is nothing short of a facade. Despite the constant hype about its AI capabilities, it barely functions. Maintenance is a nightmare, and evolution is practically non-existent. It's like buying into a promise only to realize it's all smoke and mirrors. - Misguided Previous Management: Under the helm of the former CTO and VP's, the company was a ship adrift in a sea of incompetence. Scaling the company was a foreign concept to them, and organizational skills were sorely lacking. Their failure to orchestrate effectively led to a catastrophic attempt at delivering a new SaaS solution. Development teams were left scrambling, trying to play catch-up with the on-premises tool. - Incompetent New CTO: The so-called savior CTO, parachuted into the company a year ago, lacks domain knowledge, but hey, he's a quick learner, apparently. "I can learn in 2 months," he proudly declares. His first move? Purging the company of competent managers and leaders, replacing them with cronies from his previous ventures. If you're in his inner circle, congrats - you're in for a fat paycheck and a front-row seat to the circus. - Clueless New Management: The fresh faces in management seem to be on a joy ride, carelessly squandering company funds without a clear understanding of the product. They treat employees like unpaid interns, devoid of any real value. - Broken Promises: The new management promised the eagerly awaited release of the SaaS platform. Yet here we are, still waiting. There's no release, no sign of real users, and certainly no paying customers. Features are being slashed left and right in a desperate attempt to ship something, regardless of its usability or value. It's a ship sinking slowly, and it seems nobody at the helm cares whether it ever sees the light of day. - Brain Drain and Office Downgrade: The brightest minds are fleeing the sinking ship, leaving behind a void of talent. The once-proud Danish office, no longer the headquarters, has been downgraded to a mere rental space, with parts of it leased out to other companies. In short, if you enjoy being misled, undervalued, and overworked, Leapwork is the place for you. But if you value your sanity and career, steer clear of this sinking ship.

Pros

1. Remote 2. Offshore oppurtunity

Cons

1. Worst kind of work being EM, cross functional work is impossible to achieve as people put their ego first. 2. You can't get the work done 3. Talented and Intelligent people leave or they become scapegoats and are unfortunately fired. 4. HRs play safe just hang around with leadership and do hire and fire job, safest job in the company is the India HR department. No change from past many years. 5. CX director don't do anything themselves and put pressure on their team members, and during appraisal, does favoritism and biases.
