Pros

Each of us chooses where we work, and I emphatically chose Leapwork. And after almost a year here, I have a list of reasons that I would like to share with you. Here are my reasons "Why?" - A well-funded company with an excellent and visionary management team. - An interview process where I spoke with incredible people who were not only brilliant but cared deeply about the company, building successful teams, and being partners to me in my Leapwork journey. - Leapwork is a place where I not only felt that I fit in, but also a place where I could stand out and add tremendous value. - An amazing and collaborative environment - collaboration from Day 1 across all parts of the business - Marketing, Sales, Channels, Customer Success, Operations, IT, and all parts of the global business. Everyone, regardless of title, accepted my calendar invitations for a chat for feedback and how I could best work together with them. I am deeply appreciative of all my teammates who make my day-to-day exceptional by what they have taught me and what we have created together. - Incredible learning and growth opportunities - If you love to learn, then Leapwork is the place for you. There are no shortage of learning opportunities to grow professionally by honing skillsets you already possess, and learning new skills by working across teams. - Inclusivity, respect, and having a voice - I am grateful for working with teammates who are inclusive, respectful, and listen to different points of view. - 5 weeks paid time off plus all the traditional holidays which makes work-life balance ideal. And vacation does not rollover from one year to the next, which I appreciate. This encourages everyone to take important time off to rest and recharge. - Great benefits for medical, dental, and optical with excellent local provider choices. - 401K contribution - an added bonus which is meaningful.

Cons

Time zone differences - depending on whether you are a morning person or a night hawk, you could have some earlier or later calls periodically. I think that this exemplifies the collaborative culture at Leapwork since nobody gets up early all the time, and nobody has to take late calls all the time.

Pros

The leadership team at Leapwork is the best I’ve worked with. They show genuine respect for every department in the company and understand the role each team plays in building a stronger, growing organization. There’s an outstanding culture of collaboration—teammates support one another and are invested in helping each other succeed. The buddy system for new hires is especially helpful and makes onboarding feel welcoming and structured. Enablement is thoughtfully designed and easy to access, making it simple to reference materials as you ramp and continue learning. It’s clear that the company puts effort into setting employees up for success. The product itself is resonating favorably with customers who want to accelerate test automation and build pipelines quickly. With exciting, game-changing updates on the horizon, the company is in an even stronger position moving forward. Benefits are another highlight. Vacation time is generous and genuinely supports work–life balance, and the healthcare plans offer solid coverage with much lower premiums than I’ve experienced in previous roles.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, the internal tech stack is still evolving to support expanding teams. Some tools are being phased out while new ones are being evaluated or implemented, which can create temporary gaps in workflows. It’s clear leadership is focused on aligning the right tools for scale, and I’m particularly looking forward to additional AI-driven prospecting and productivity tools that will help increase efficiency for go-to-market teams.
