Pros
Good place to learn the basics of business/accounting and get your feet wet quickly and get hands on experience.
Cons
Horrible culture, no work life balance, average or slightly below average pay for salary empoloyees, salary employees are treated like baby sitters for the union workforce. How can anyone be expected to act like a leader when upper management constantly undermines their authority and pays their subordinates WAY more than the supervisors get?
