The review is specifically for Thermal Comfort Systems Hinjawadi Pune and specifically for NPD (New Product Development) 1) The NPD Sr managers are totally bad. 2) Favoritism on its peak. 3) Time pass people hired on Sr Lead level. 4) No team Bonding. 5) Team is never on same page, all updates given to favorite people. 6) All importance given to the people who favor Sr Manager (sir sir culture). 7) No vision and dull attitude of Sr Manager. 8) Responsibility never taken by Sr Manager. 9) Non-technical Sr Manager. 10) No appreciation given for good work done and no recognition. 11) Sr manager roams in office without work. 12) No review system, work load given to only specific people. 13) Lot of politics done by Sr manager with divide and rule. 14) Hikes given only to favorite people. 15) It's due to the bad attitude of Sr manager that business is not growing. 16) Instead of work Sr manager's focus is on random irrelevant things. 17) Good company culture of Lear ruined by Sr manager. 18) Sr manager joins meetings for time pass. 19) No technical skills, no technical inputs given by manager. 20) No dedicated manager for hardware and software. 21) No project review, no technical discussions, all work done by juniors.
