Pros

Seasoned executive & broader leadership team with extensive experience across startups that knows how to prioritize and execute in building a business. Family-first culture and team that is focused on outcomes over face time, is collaborative, and transparent. Diverse team across multiple spectrums, and a genuine desire to build an inclusive workplace. This is one of the best teams you will find in tech that prioritizes all the right things, and has a big vision and big heart.

Cons

The C-suite could use more diversity.

Pros

- We're working on fun and challenging problems - If we do our jobs well we can impact people's lives through education and development - Every person is a critical part of the work. Each individual has significant responsibilities and will impact the business. - The team is really great. Capable and kind and easy to work with. - Lots of room for personal growth and development. We have an experienced team but everyone is learning.

Cons

- We haven't been able to get together as a whole team in person (we started right around the start of the pandemic) - There are those times when multiple client deadlines line up at the same time and things get pretty busy for a week or two.
