The people within LIS are friendly, helpful, and flexible. Good effort is made toward communication between all teachers. You can assist in making your schedule.
Cons
There does not appear to be much room for growth. Technology is problematic and sometimes that is due to lack of resources by individual schools. Communication with school administration is limited.
