Pros
The experience was fantastic when it came to personal growth. There was some basic training at the beginning, but the rest was done through hard work and collaborating with teammates in order to learn and pinpoint the most effective manner to benefit customers. Employees had to teach themselves, and often pick up multiple roles within the company; this caused exponential growth in a very short time. The most enjoyable part of the job was definitely working with a wonderful team of people who were honest, loved each other, their customers, and the vision they were hired to be a part of. Going to work was something everyone looked forward to, because it was family. Another positive was working with customers. It was incredibly rewarding to hear good stories.
Cons
Unfortunately, management was severely lacking and the team suffered greatly. They did not offer training even when asked, provided inaccurate or incomplete information, and treated employees as though they were expendable. Very difficult circumstances to work under, and it ultimately felt that they were misleading their employees.The environment was incredibly toxic, and good stories were few and far between. With the glaring management issues, and sketchy way they run the company, I would definitely *NOT* recommend a friend or even an enemy work here!
