The size and culture of the company makes it ideal for anyone that is looking for flexibility, a creative environment, and one where collaboration is the rule. We all work pretty hard and we often find ourselves pretty exhausted, but it is rewarding when you see schools, districts, and states highlighting the excellent value that LearnPlatform provides.
Cons
If you like a lot of structure, this might not be ideal for you. Probably better if you're a person that prefers to "ask for forgiveness rather than permission". The company is trying very hard to become more racially diverse, but that work is still in progress and may take some time.
