There are loads of cons: CEO is a bully. His motto is : 'My way or the high way'. because he is involved in daily hustle, thats why everybody is scared of working independently. nobody is working for business's growth, but for impressing the CEO. No job security. they are going to fire you sooner or in November, before appraisal month. No promotions. they will hire new people for higher positions, but won't promote you, even if you work for a few years.
