      Pros

      The company has a great team and is genuinely a good place to work in terms of culture and collaboration. Colleagues are supportive, and teamwork is one of the strongest aspects here.

      Cons

      When it comes to salaries and bonuses, the company seems stuck in the dinosaur era. Yearly increments are typically around 2–4%, which hardly keeps up with inflation or market standards. Because of this, there’s a constant trend of employees leaving for better opportunities elsewhere. If the company modernizes its compensation structure, it could truly be a fantastic place to stay long-term.

      1. Sales enablement resources need further development, though efforts are underway. 2. Limited tooling creates occasional barriers to efficiency.

      Remote work. Occasional trips to Ireland.

      Cons

      No employee review process or diversity in leadership. Will fire you without any notice or PIP. Toxic Management and nepotism.
