      1. New leadership has brought positive changes to the organization. 2. Decisions have been made in the best interest of the company and foster a culture of open collaboration. 3. Management actively listens to feedback and works to improve processes. 4. Focus on strengthening the North American sales team through in person onboarding bootcamps has improved collaboration and relationship building.

      1. Sales enablement resources need further development, though efforts are underway. 2. Limited tooling creates occasional barriers to efficiency.

      Remote work THE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING Company is at a great inflection point that if they get things right they will take the market by storm Transparency and ability to speak up Great pay and opportunity!

      History of accounts isn’t the best A lot of change so have to navigate with not as much clarity Not as much visibility in terms of knowing what is working currently and what is not
