      generous competitive salary good benefits/health insurance, 401K match, time off free Learning Tree courses and education support nice office facilities

      Cons

      The marketing department is held back by upper management involved in any and all decisions. Little progress is made in any area because upper management cannot let the professionals they hired do their jobs.
