Pros
-Amazing and competent team -Team culture really embodies values and title of organization: always opportunities for learning and development of team members -Great group of kids to be coaching and working with -Fabulous employee benefits (language learning stipend, networking reimbursements..etc) -Crazy high outlook on where the company is going, how fast it's expanded, how successful it already is, and how committed it is to bringing on the best new team members it can -Forward-thinking executive team -Value of the product (communications skills) brought to the kids who work with us is immeasurable
Cons
-Biggest con is just the workload. Company does a great job of providing valuable and meaningful benefits to make up for this, and the HR team is dedicated to trying to help team members achieve a positive work/life balance, but most other employees I know spend significant time catching up on projects or trying to meet deadlines during their off hours. It's a start-up type culture, and everyone has their hands in a lot of pots because of this, which just requires a lot of time and effort. I find it ultimately worth it, but it's not a company where you can work 9-5 and go home in the evenings/weekends and forget about what you did in the office all day. Working here is a passion project.
