Pros

*Flexibility - No harsh timetable, which means I can pace my work. - Everyone has their project with pretty clear objectives and expectations. This is not the kind of company that tells you to do what you are told to do. *Diversity - Staffs are from different nationalities (e.g. the U.S., China, South Africa, Isreal, the U.K., Malaysia, Ireland, Russia) and also different background (e.g. education, computer science design, marketing, communication). *Friendly and cosy working atmosphere - People are REALLY supportive. It's more like a family. I don't really like a megacity like Shanghai. But after joining in LearningLeaders, I've acquired a sense of belongingness. You have people to talk to and turn to. *Mentoring - Everyone has a supervisor who provides lots of support on both professional and personal life. - Clear objectives and guidelines are given so that I can pace my work without waiting for instructions and having no ideas what to do next. - Weekly one on one meetings make sure the project is on progress and it's quite a good time to summarize what have I done in the past week.

Cons

The recruitment process is quite long. One reason I took this fellowship rather than another offer is that I passed 4 rounds of interviews and invested a lot of time on my statement and survey. Then considering I finally made to this step, maybe the personality-job fit is high.

Pros

LearningLeaders provides unique benefits for personal and professional development, including gym membership, partner equity, reimbursements for online classes and language learning, training sessions inside and outside of work and great team retreats and off-sites. Recently, we had the chance to attend a debate competition in Krabi, Thailand, where all team members either had the chance to judge or debate! It was awesome.

Cons

Because LearningLeaders is a growing organization, just like any other start-up, we all have a wide range of responsibilities. However, this also comes with an opportunity to learn different areas of the business.
