Pros
The position helped me a lot in sales and recruiting. In the beginning going about how to recruit people for the site was hard but the CEO provided a lot of assistance in order to help us.
Cons
Some of the bonuses talked about in the beginning were not followed through with. Maybe more face to face with clients would have been better instead of all connecting on LinkedIn.
