      -Nice food places to go for lunch near the office.

      Cons

      -Amateur setup / local management -Lack of direction and motivation -Low staff morale, high staff turnover -Non transparent goals and KPIs, everything is vague, makes you feel dodgy.

      Dear former Colleague, In the last year's employee survey, the rating from the colleagues in Leaseweb APAC (Singapore) showed different feelings than you share. Overall the rating was 7,3 and the rating for management was 8,8. About transparency of goals and KPI's in LSW APAC there was a score of 100%. Sorry that you missed it. Walter van de Waterbeemd CHRO
