Terrible people management. Dinosaur type of mentality with management decisions being made by people who don't understand or listen to their own people. The management techniques are outdated and embarrassing in this day and age. HR have no idea how to manage the staff either as it seems so many people have left the company to join their competitors down the road. They will make you do overtime and not pay you. Hardly any interection from management during Covid 19. Absolute embarrassment. Not enough staff! No progression as they only employ their friends.
