      Great management open to new ideas and values employee feedback Regular recognition and appreciation for employee contributions. Strong company culture that values teamwork. Collaborative team environment that encourages idea sharing Great well-being benefits and employee discount package. Strong emphasis on work-life balance, allowing for personal and professional fulfilment. Excellent support system for remote employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can still be challenging to separate work and personal life when working from home. Technology issues or connectivity problems can occasionally disrupt workflow. Onboarding process for remote employees could be more engaging but management have acknowledged and have been working on this

      Not really a con, but the new structure is still finding its feet and the management team are working hard to get the right structures and systems.

      Remote working. And that's it.

      Cons

      Worst senior leadership team I've ever worked with. Rudimentary induction, and zero on-going support. Toxic line management. Long term strategy changes with the weather. Weak and ineffective leadership. "Us and them" culture - no inclusion or engagement with employees. Failure to recognise and utilise the skills and talents of employees. High staff turnover - good people join LWG, and then leave within 2 years due to all the above.
