I've been at Leavetown for almost 2 years now. From then to now, it has always been an adventure! One of the major perks here at Leavetown is the team. Every single person here is a dedicated worker and has a strong work ethic. It's a wonderful place for people who want to think outside the box and try new things. On top of that, team members share similar passions for the outdoors and/or for travel. It isn't unusual to hear of team members going to climb or hike together on weekends or after work. If you want to be surrounded by fun and inspiring people, this is a great place to be. Leavetown also has a really dynamic and changing work environment. You will never be bored! Management is excellent about encouraging innovation from every single team member, and takes all ideas to heart if they think the idea might be productive to the company. I've never worked for a company that valued the team quite as much as Leavetown does. If you are a passionate and driven member of the team, management recognizes this. It's a great environment for people who are curious, enthusiastic, keen to learn, and good at communicating. The sky is truly the limit at Leavetown! Plus, some of our offices are pet-friendly, which is a massive pro if you love dogs :D

It's not really a con, but it's worth noting that while this is a really fun place to work, we truly live by the motto "Work hard, play hard". Our team hustles and our work comes first, though we do enjoy ourselves while doing it! Leavetown is a very dynamic place and things change quickly. It's not really a great place for people who don't like change or who can't roll with the punches. But, if you do like this, there are many awesome opportunities!
