      Pros

      Leclerc is a great place to work! The company really takes care of their employees. Pay is great.

      Cons

      Benefits aren’t the best. The only bad thing is management. The business unit manager is so nasty to people that she brings everyone’s moods down. If you do any bad thing she ices you out and won’t talk to you. She is a bully.

      Pay not at industry rate. Corporate is based in Quebec, US is looked down upon compared to the CA plants.
