      Great clients, talented staff, good networking opportunity to establish yourself early in your career

      Cons

      Horrible pay, extremely overworked, awful workplace culture, abusive management. Expect to work 14hr days and never be thanked for your time, constant criticism and extreme lack of professionalism at times. High staff turnover and burn out.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot about PR from face sheets, managing inventory and packaging, clip and scan for coverage, etc.

      Cons

      As it is an agency, everyone is super busy so if you are the type of person that needs 1 on 1 coaching, this may not be for you. You have to be a self-starter and figure out things on your own sometimes.
