CEO and President deeply care about their people. Heavy focus on culture and core values and truly wanting to make a great company with great employee experience. So many incredible and competent and talented people in every department at every level. Leadership is truly inspiring. Very compassionate and intelligent and competent professionals in charge.

It’s always hard when it’s multi state and distributed workforce- though that’s not a reflection of Lee Spring, just a challenge. Everyone is so so busy that it can be challenging to connect.

I'm just here to gain some experience before I finally leave.

The work environment at Lee Spring Company is too toxic and unwelcoming. The senior employees here make the place hostile and unpleasant for newer employees, and the management does not offer any useful support or guidance. Most employees here have their own cliques and ignores other employees who aren't part of their immature group.
