Poor District Level Leadership - Health and Physical Education Teacher Lee's Summit R-7 School District Employee Review

I worked for LSR7 for 17 years. The leaders in this district are excellent people who treat teachers with so much dignity and respect. I loved working here and I loved every team I worked with.

It's a large district with 17 elementary schools, however, for such a large district, the leaders try very hard to keep things even across the board.

Working with students, helping them learn and grow into adults.

The staff is clicky, hateful towards each other if you dont fit into their "bubble". Was hard coming into work knowing people went out of their way to get you into trouble with your supervisor. No grace, horrible awful people.
